A highly sought after local treat! Wild Sea Bass is the best here in the South West. This silvery round fish has a fantastic sweet flavour with the meat cooking to a brilliant white colour.
Caught in local waters, this is a fantastic alternative treat to the steady, more common farmed Bass.
We'd recommend serving these with the skin on and crisping it up with oil and salt in a hot pan.
