Delivery & Shipping

We have a few conditions and requirements for whether your order would be eligible for collection, local delivery or courier; so here's how it works:

1) Collection

Is a FREE option and available on all orders. Orders of £32.50 or less are available for collection only.

2) Local Delivery

We offer Local Delivery for orders over £32.50 to ALL PL, TQ, EX & TA postcodes!

The following order values will determine whether an order is eligible for delivery:

Orders less than <£32.50 = Collection Only

Orders £32.50 - £65 = Local Delivery Available (£2.50)

Orders over £65+ = FREE Local Delivery

3) Nationwide Shipping/Courier

We offer Nationwide Courier for all fresh products* outside of our Local Delivery areas.

The following order values will determine whether an order is eligible for Courier:

Orders less than <£32.50 = Collection Only

Orders £32.50 - £99.99 = Courier Delivery (£12)

Orders over £100+ = FREE Courier Delivery

Important*

For orders outside of our Local Delivery area's, we will be using a courier to deliver on our behalf. After extended product testing via courier service, unfortunately we are only able to guarantee shipping on our FRESH products - NOT frozen products. They simply cannot last in these conditions.

We are constantly looking into a way to get around this and will release the frozen products for shipping the second we feel confident they will arrive to you in a suitable condition!

So if you suddenly see your order is no longer eligible for courier - it's probably because you have some frozen items in your cart.
