Our Severn & Wye Cold Smoked Salmon (200g packs and whole sides) is delicately smoky and beautifully smooth. Crafted using time-honoured techniques, it’s the same superior-quality salmon supplied to Britain’s finest food halls and restaurants including Fortnum & Mason, Harrods, Selfridges, Claridge’s, The Ritz and more. Expertly trimmed, refined in flavour, and consistently premium.

The Grant’s Rope-Hung Special (100g) offers a more artisanal character. Traditionally rope-hung to air-dry during the smoking process, it develops a firmer texture and a deeper, more pronounced smoke profile—ideal for those who appreciate classic craftsmanship and bold flavour.

All formats are presented on gold boards and vacuum-packed to preserve freshness and quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes! All of our fresh fish is 100% that - has never been frozen and you are completely safe and fine to do so. We actually recommend doing this as soon as you know you won't eat all of your fish to give maximum life to it when you choose to defrost.

All of our products come with a best before date on. Our fresh fish is usually between 3-4 days before we recommend freezing it. Frozen products will often have up to 12 months best before. Just ask us if you're unsure.

We mainly buy our fish from Brixham fish market - since the closure of Plymouth earlier last year. We also have a specially selected d list of trusted suppliers we buy our farmed and exotic species from.

Yes! We encourage you to do just that - if you really want your fish a particular way, or if you're ordering a box but hate a certain species - just tell us! We will do our best to accommodate your every request.
