Each Coconut Coated Prawn Skewer features three succulent King prawns coated in a crispy coconut crumb, presented on a flag-style bamboo skewer. Ready to cook straight from frozen, these prawns deliver an eye-catching starter or platter item with a vibrant texture and tropical flavour.

Serving Suggestion:
Deep fry for approximately 3.5 – 4.5 minutes until golden brown and piping hot. Serve as a striking starter with dipping sauces, atop salads, or alongside steak for classic surf & turf impact.

Cooking Instructions:

Cook directly from frozen. Deep fry in pre-heated oil until crisp and golden throughout (about 3.5–4.5 minutes). Ensure internal temperature reaches food-safe levels.

Storage:

Keep frozen at –18 °C or below. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Yes! All of our fresh fish is 100% that - has never been frozen and you are completely safe and fine to do so. We actually recommend doing this as soon as you know you won't eat all of your fish to give maximum life to it when you choose to defrost.

All of our products come with a best before date on. Our fresh fish is usually between 3-4 days before we recommend freezing it. Frozen products will often have up to 12 months best before. Just ask us if you're unsure.

We mainly buy our fish from Brixham fish market - since the closure of Plymouth earlier last year. We also have a specially selected d list of trusted suppliers we buy our farmed and exotic species from.

Yes! We encourage you to do just that - if you really want your fish a particular way, or if you're ordering a box but hate a certain species - just tell us! We will do our best to accommodate your every request.
