Storage Instructions:

Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Refer to pack for use-by date.

Cooking Guidelines:

Cook from frozen.

Oven: Preheat oven to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7. Place scampi on a baking tray and cook for 18 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Deep Fry: Heat oil to 180°C and fry for 4 minutes until crisp and golden.

Ensure scampi is piping hot throughout before serving.
