Smoked Haddock is associated with many comfort food dishes, its smoky sweetness pairs well with the rich, creamy flavours. Our haddock is naturally smoked overnight, which gives it the wonderful golden yellow tinge.
When haddock has been smoked its sweet, distinctive flavour is beautifully intensified, making it the perfect component for fish pies, chowders, gratins, risottos and more!
