The Sabarot dried forest mushroom mixture is composed of Boletes, Oyster Mushrooms and Black Mushrooms. It is delicious for flavouring a risotto, mash, soups and sauces.

Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from heat and light.
Put the mushrooms in bpiling water for 15 minutes at least. Rinse in a skimmer and then cook like fresh mushrooms.
